• Booking and contact requests: your name, phone number, email address, the date and trip you are interested in, the number of people in your party, and anything you write in a message or notes field.

Information collected automatically

• Page view counts: we count visits to each page using a first-party measurement system provided by Charter Pro. It sets no cookies, and it does not store your IP address — the IP is converted into a one-way code that changes every day, so it cannot be used to recognize you tomorrow or to follow you anywhere else.
• How you found us: the website or search that referred you is recorded in your browser tab for the length of your visit, so that a booking request can be attributed to the right source. It is deleted when you close the tab.
• Web fonts and maps: this site loads fonts, and any embedded map, from Google. Your browser has to contact Google to fetch them, which means Google receives your IP address. This is a choice Charter Pro made in building the site rather than one Greasy Beaks Flyfishing configured.

How we use information

• To respond to your booking or contact request and to run your trip.
• To contact you about a trip you have booked or asked about.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to resolve disputes.

We keep booking and contact records for as long as we need them to run the business, meet our legal and insurance obligations, and resolve any dispute — and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.
